Delivery within Australia

We offer FREE priority delivery to anywhere in Australia. Orders generally take 1 - 3 days to arrive on your doorstep.

Delivery Information & Tracking

Please ensure your address is correct at the point of purchase.

All orders require a signature on delivery*, therefore please ensure your 

delivery address is attended during business hours.

*If no one can be at the delivery address to sign for the delivery, however, you would like the parcel left in your absence, you can specify delivery instructions in the comments box at checkout. For example: 'no signature required, please leave at front door if not home'. Please note, if you choose for your order to be delivered without a signature, we cannot be responsible for lost goods, and no insurances will be valid.

Business addresses are preferred.

If you have requested delivery to a business address, please ensure the company name is written in the top address line.

Once dispatched, notification and a tracking number will be provided by email.

Please note we do not accept pickups from our warehouse location and we do not have a retail storefront.

All domestic orders are delivered by Fastway Couriers.

You can track your order online. Your order will be covered by insurance during the delivery process, so that if it is lost in the post or damaged during transit, you will be covered. (Except, as outlined previously, if you have left instructions for your parcel to be left without signature).

Please ensure that someone is at your delivery address to sign for the delivery.

If no one is there to sign, the Courier will leave an ‘Attempted Delivery’ card for you. This card will have details on how to collect your parcel.

Delivery times quoted are the delivery times provided to us by the courier companies.

Please note we cannot be held accountable for late deliveries when the Courier has attempted to deliver the parcel, and delivery has not been possible, and it has been taken back to the depot. If you are not in at the point of delivery the parcel could be waiting for you to collect it.

 

Shipping Internationally

Delivery of all international orders is charged at a flat rate of $22.00 per item ordered from our New York, Paris and Milan Collections. The rate of $22.00 will be charged for up to two units of our London Collection.

Please allow 1 - 2 working days to dispatch your order. Delivery times vary worldwide, so please allow up to 14 working days from date of dispatch for your order to arrive.

We will dispatch from our warehouses in Sydney, Australia and Florida, USA.

International customers may be required to pay sales tax, duty and/or customs charges. All taxes and customs charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the cost of the order or shipping charge. Taxes and customs charges differ depending on the country and state of the shipping address. We suggest contacting your local customs office if you are unsure of the applicable taxes and customs fees that are relevant to you. thh – the handbag hanger is not responsible for any additional taxes and customs charges that are requested during the shipment of your order.

There can be the occasional courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe slightly.

Our website will automatically add your flat rate freight charge to your order at checkout.

There are approximately 240 countries that our shopping cart will recognise, and will automatically calculate your flat rate shipping on for you. If your country is not listed, please send us an email via our contacts page to request a shipping quote.
